April Card Class

Sharing the projects we created
in this month's Card Class.

Our first card was a Circle
Easel Card using the gorgeous Timeless
Textures Stamp Set and my very favourite
Flower Shop Stamp Set.

The colours I have used are Rich
Razzleberry and Sahara Sand.

Our second project was a very simple
card using the beautiful Bloomin' Heart
Thinlits Die and a touch of
Glimmer Paper to add some glitz.

Our third project was created with the
Party Wishes stamp set which is now being
retired.  The colours I used for this
one was Whisper White and
Island Indigo.

The cute little cupcakes have been
coloured with markers and punched with
their co-ordinating punch.  I have
also used Clear Wink of Stella to
add some extra sparkle.

CHRISTMAS CARDS

Sharing some really simple and easy Christmas cards that I have been creating to take to the markets.  The colours I have used have been Whisper White Cardstock and stamped images in Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green.  If you need to create a lot of Christmas cards it is a good idea to keep a simple design and use some great colours together.

Flower Shop

I have been having lots of fun experimenting with all the new In-Colours and the Flower Shop Stamp Set.  This is my new favourite flower stamp set.

I just love the new In-Colours.  They all seem to co-ordinate just beautifully together and make creating some lovely cards just so easy.

In this set of cards I have used the In-Colour Designer Series Paper and experimented with a couple of different colour combinations.

I actually demonstrated making these cards at the Emmanuel Fete and gave away a couple I created using Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cabana.

I decided on a simple design and just changed my colours and layouts slightly.

Which colour combination do you like best?  I think my favourite is the second one using Baked Brown Sugar and Pistachio Pudding, although my Mum's favourite was the top one (all Pistachio Pudding).

If you love these cards they are so easy to create.  You can purchase the Flower Shop Stamp Set and co-ordinating punch in a bundle for $59.25 (wood mount) or $52.50 (clear mount).  This is a 15% discount. (See page 95 of the current catalogue)

If you don't have the current In-Colours there is also a great special deal whereby you receive a pack of In-Colour card stock and the 5 In-Colour Ink Pads all for just $47.95.  (This is great value as the 5 ink pads alone are valued at $49.95.)

If you would like to place an order for any of these products please feel free to contact me by either email or telephone to place your order or alternatively you may wish to use the online website.

August Stamp Club Projects

We all had a fun night at our first Stamp Club for the new Catalogue.   These are the two projects we created using the new In-Colours and some new stamp sets.

Our first project was created using the gorgeous new Flower Shop Stamp Set and Coastal Cabana.

A very simple monochromatic colour scheme.  The girls also got to use the new matching Pansy Punch and Chalk Talk Framelits.

Supplies used:  Cardstock - Whisper White, Coastal Cabana, Stamp Sets - Flower Shop, Sketched Birthday, Gorgeous Grunge, In Colour DSP Stack - Coastal Cabana Sheet, Inkpad - Coastal Cabana, Dies - Chalk Talk Framelits, Punches - Pansy, Pearls

Our second project was the same card which Stampin'Up! have a tutorial for.  It is such a simple and effective card that I really wanted to share it with the Stamp Club girls.  Really loving the Tape It Stamp Set as well.  Also used the sweet Birthday Greeting from one of the Hostess sets Simply Sketched.

Supplies used:  Cardstock - Whisper White, Stamp Set - Tape It, Inkpads - Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana, Pistachio Pudding, Baked Brown Sugar, Crisp Cantaloupe

Scrapbook Page

I have had a wonderfully productive day today finally getting a scrapbook page and almost two cards completed.

Firstly, I am going to share with you my scrapbook page.   For this page I wanted to create something very pretty and girly as this was a special photo from my daughter's graduation photos.  So, I used the new Flower Shop stamp set.  As you can see I have stamped many flowers in the colours of Coastal Cabana, Strawberry Slush, Pistachio Pudding and Island Indigo.  I have then punched them all out and adhered them around the edge of the page and adding dimension by using dimensionals on some.  I didn't add too many other embellishments just a title and some Bakers Twine.

Supplies used:  Cardstock - Basic Black, Coastal Cabana, Strawberry Slush, Very Vanilla, Inkpads - Coastal Cabana, Strawberry Slush, Pistachio Pudding, Island Indigo, Designer Series Paper - Soho Subway, Stamp Sets - Flower Shop, Happy Day, Punch - Pansy, Die - Timeless Type Alphabet Die (now retired), Island Indigo Bakers Twine, Essentials Hardware Clip
