Amazing Life

Today's projects have been created with the Amazing Life Stamp Set which I was lucky enough to receive at the recent Brisbane OnStage event.

My first project I created a pouch from of the Glassine Gift Bags (now retired, but I still have a few in my stash).

To create a bit of interest on
the bag I stamped the dot
pattern from the Beauty Abounds
stamp set randomly in Highland
Heather and Lemon Lime
Twist Ink.

I stamped the "So Happy To Have You In My Life" sentiment on a piece of Highland Heather cardstock in Black Memento Ink and again on a small piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock (basically just the banner section).

I then fussy cut out the banner section of the Lemon Lime Twist stamped piece and affixed to the Highland Heather stamped piece with dimensonals.

I also coloured the word Happy with the Dark Lovely Lipstick Blends Marker.

To finish off I adhered the completed Highland Heather piece to a Whisper White piece, added a small bow from the Lemon Lime Twist Organdy Ribbon (Sale-a-Bration Free Item) and then affixed the whole piece to the front of the bag.

These are the supplies I used to create this project:

Product List
You can purchase any of these supplies through my online store simply by clicking on the product you are interested in.

Don't forget during Sale-a-Braton for a $90 order (excluding shipping and handling) you could earn the Organdy Ribbon for FREE - or one of the other Sale-a-Bration products.

I shall be back in the next couple of days to show the other two projects (cards) that I created to go into the bag.

May Card Class

This month's class was all about
using the Envelope Punch Board
in our projects.

To start with we created a simple
envelope to match with our male
themed card.

We also created a mini envelope to add
to the embellishment of our card.

Stamp set is Balloon Bash from the
Occasions Catalogue and
the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder, both
products I am going to miss as they
are retiring.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Mossy Meadow, Early Espresso, Whisper White
DSP - In Colour Paper Stack Mossy Meadow
Inkpads - Mossy Meadow, Early Espresso
Stamp Set - Balloon Bash
Embossing Folder - Alphabet Press
Envelope Punch Board
Early Espresso Baker's Twine

Our second project we created this cute little
Mason Jar notecard, again using the
Envelope Punch Board.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Whisper White, Pink Pirouette
Ink Pads - Pistachio Pudding, Pink Piroutte
Stamp Set - Butterfly Basics
Twine (non SU)
Envelope Punch Board

Our third project was creating this cute
little gift pouch/bag.  Enough room
in this little bag for a little gift for someone
special.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Whisper White, Pink Pirouette, Island Indigo
DSP - Retired DSP
Ink Pads - Island Inidigo
Stamp Sets - Flower Shop, Itty Bitty Banners, Perfect Pennants
Punches - Pansy Punch, Banner Triple
Die - Bitty Banners Framelits

My thanks to my upline Petronela for originally
teaching me to create the Mason Jar card and
the Gift Pouch.

November Stamp Club Projects

Our two projects for this month's Stamp Club Workshop were based around using the gorgeous papers from the Season of Style Paper Stack Pack to create some little gift bags
which are always very handy at Christmas time.

Our first project we created this little gift pouch/bag using just one sheet of DSP from the Paper Stack.  We also decorated a small peg with some Washi Tape and a stamped image and added a magnet to the back  so that it can be re-used as a fridge magnet.

Our second project also used just one sheet of DSP from the Paper Stack.   I love decorating up these plain old brown carry bags.   They simply look stunning once you have added a bit of decoration to them.  I am also just loving these colours together.

Gift for Chicks at the Flicks

This is what I have created for my donation gift for this month's Chicks at the Flicks.  I loved the colours in the Parker's Patterns Designer Series Paper available in the Seasonal Catalogue and as I haven't been able to do much creating lately decided I would have a little play with these papers.

The lucky recipient will receive this cute little gift bag, notebook and matching pen and decorated bag of Easter Eggs (of course being Easter it goes without saying that there must be Easter Eggs included).

Now that I look back at the project I see I didn't do very much stamping at all, just the little tag for the bag of Easter Eggs.  Probably a good thing because finding my stamps in all my packed boxes is not easy.

Easter Gifts

Well we are still in limbo waiting to see when, or even whether, we are moving.  So I decided I had to unpack a few things to get started on my Easter gifts and Mother's Day gifts.

Here are a few of the little gift bags I had created for Easter.  There are two sizes with one holding one Easter egg and the larger size holding two Easter eggs.  These would have to be one of my most favourite little gift bags to create and can be used for almost any purpose.  Again these bags I have created with the free Sale-a-Bration papers and ribbons.  I will be sad to see this paper go as I really love these colours.

These little gift bags are destined for the next Chicks at the Flicks at Pacific Fair next Wednesday evening.

Decorated Gift Bags

I recently found some of these cute little brown paper bags in my stash of goodies - it's amazing what you find that you have totally forgotten you had.  Anyway, I decided to decorate them up as Christmas Gift Bags.  I am really pleased with the way they turned out.

I just used various bits and pieces that I had left over from all the crafting I have been doing over the last few months for the markets etc that I have been attending.

I think I shall be making more of these in the future.

Supplies used:  Cherry Cobbler and Early Espresso Cardstock, Glimmer Paper, Seam Binding, Ribbons, Various DSP,  Snow Flurry Die, Doily Die
