SIMPLE STAMPING SATURDAY

Hello and welcome.  Thank you for joining me for another Simple Stamping Saturday.

Today's simple stamping project showcases the gorgeous Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper (DSP) making this card super simple to create.

I have started with a base card of Blackberry Bliss and then added a layer of the DSP.  Stamp one of your favourite sentiments (in this case I have used a sentiment from the very versatile Stitched All Around stamp set) in Blackberry Bliss ink and then use a Stitched Circle Die to die cut out.

Adhere the sentiment to the centre of the card with dimensionals.  Create a small bow from the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon and adhere.

From just the one sheet of 12" x 12" DSP you will be able to create 6 cards quickly and easily.

If you would like to purchase any of the great products I have used to create this project here is the link for the list of products.

Of course, you won't be able to order the Peaceful Poppies DSP or Seam Binding until the 3rd January when the new Mini Catalogue starts - unless of course you decide to Join Stampin'Up! now (ask me how?)

SIMPLE STAMPING SATURDAY

Hello and welcome.  Thank you for checking out my blog post today.

Today's simple stamping card has been cased from a number of different ideas I found on Pinterest.  It has been created with only Basic Black and Whisper White cardstock and the awesome Let It Ride stamp set.  The images have been stamped with Black Stazon Ink.

Simply ink up the horse stamp and stamp the first horse on the right, then again without re-inking to the left of the first horse and then again without re-inking to the left of the second horse.  The stamped Whisper White layer has been adhered to a base card of Basic Black.

  2. Cut a piece of Real Red cardstock 10 cm x 14.5 cm and adhere to front of base card.
  3. Cut a piece of patterned Toile Tidings DSP 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm.
  4. Cut a piece of striped Toile Tidings DSP 9.5 cm wide x 5.5 cm in height).
  5. Adhere these two pieces of DSP to the Real Red layer (you should have a small overlap).
  6. Cut a piece of Gold Foil 9.5 cm x 1.5 cm and adhere over the join.
  7. Using Real Red Ink stamp the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set onto Very Vanilla cardstock and punch with the Everyday Label punch.

SIMPLE STAMPING SATURDAY

I will be sharing with you some very easy cards you can create in no time - every Saturday.

For my first card I have stamped the Baubles from the Christmas Gleaming set in Real Red onto Whisper White cardstock and punched out with the co-ordinating punches and added a small bow of Gold Twine (now retired) and a rhinestone to the centres.

The sentiment has been stamped in Shaded Spruce on a piece of Whisper White cardstock which has been die cut with a Stitched Rectangle Die.

The base card is Whisper White.  I have adhered a strip of Wrapped in Plaid DSP to the side and then adhered the sentiment and baubles with dimensionals.

Hope you enjoyed this easy to create card.  I will have another easy card for you next Saturday.  See you then.

Also, here is the list of products I have used.
