SIMPLE STAMPING SATURDAY

For this week's simple stamping project I have two nautical themed cards to share with you.  Both cards have been created using the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack and Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes together with the Sailing Home Stamp Set and Smooth Sailing Dies.

Instructions:
  1. Choose one of the cards from the Memories and More pack and adhere to the centre of a Notecard.
  2. Using Night of Navy Ink stamp the lighthouse and Thanks on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock and die cut with the co-ordinating dies.
  3. Die cut an oval from Balmy Blue cardstock.
  4. Adhere the lighthouse to the oval and the Thanks sentiment over the lighthouse.
  5. Adhere the completed oval piece to the base card.

Instructions:

  1. Adhere a Memories and More card to the Whisper White notecard.
  2. Stamp onto a piece of scrap Whisper White cardstock - the compass and sentiment in Night of Navy Ink and a sailing boat in Early Espresso Ink.
  3. Die cut the sailing boat with the co-ordinating Smooth Sailing Dies.
  4. Use the 1 1/2" circle punch to cut out the compass and trim the sentiment to a rectangle.
  5. Die cut a wheel from Early Espresso cardstock with the die from the Smooth Sailing Dies.
  6. Adhere all the pieces overlapping as shown in the photo.  (The boat and the sentiment have been popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals).
