JUST FOR FUN - DECEMBER CHALLENGE

For this month's fun challenge of course I have chosen a Christmas theme, although with a little twist (no red or green to be seen).

Create your Christmas theme project, in any  non traditional colours.

You can use the picture and colour scheme below as inspiration to create a project, although you are free to choose any non traditional colours.  Use any stamp set (current, retired or even non Stampin'Up!) .

You may choose to create a card, scrapbook page or 3D project .  When you are done, please send me a  photo so that I can share with everyone.

Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.

Remember, no red or green to be seen.

Happy creating everyone.

Welcome to this week's Simple Stamping Saturday project.

Today we have a very easy Christmas card with minimal stamping using the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper and a sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a base card of Very Vanilla Cardstock (A5 folded in half).
  2. Cut a piece of Real Red cardstock 10 cm x 14.5 cm and adhere to front of base card.
  3. Cut a piece of patterned Toile Tidings DSP 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm.
  4. Cut a piece of striped Toile Tidings DSP 9.5 cm wide x 5.5 cm in height).
  5. Adhere these two pieces of DSP to the Real Red layer (you should have a small overlap).
  6. Cut a piece of Gold Foil 9.5 cm x 1.5 cm and adhere over the join.
  7. Using Real Red Ink stamp the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set onto Very Vanilla cardstock and punch with the Everyday Label punch.
  8. Punch another Label from Real Red cardstock and cut in half lengthways.  Adhere these two halves slightly apart behind the stamped label.
  9. Adhere the label sentiment over the Gold Foil strip with Stampin' Dimensionals.

This simple design can be used to create a card for any occasion using minimal supplies.

CHRISTMAS ROSES

One of the cards we created in the Christmastime Is Here workshop.

The flower has been die cut from the Specialty Designer Series Paper - making this card very easy to put together.

All of the different pieces for this card have come from the Christmastime Is Here suite of products with just the addition of the Gold Ink and Whisper White cardstock for the base card.

A list of the products used is here.  You can purchase the whole suite or any of the products individually.

KYLIE'S DEMONSTRATOR TRAINING PROGRAM MONTHLY BLOG HOP

Hi, and thank you for joining me.  Today I am taking part in the November Monthly Blog Hop for Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program.

We are a group of Stampin'Up! Demonstrators from all around the world that want to learn more to progress in our business.  Blogging helps us to learn and connect with people, inspiring creativity, which is one of the reasons I love Stampin'Up!.

Here is my card created with the Let It Snow Suite of Products available in the Holiday Catalogue.

How cute are the snowmen on this card.

As the snowmen are already printed on the paper with a lovely sparkly shine - no need to stamp any snowmen - although I have stamped a larger tree (from the Snow Front Stamp Set) over the small tree already on the paper in Night of Navy and then also added some Snowfall Accents Puff Paint.

I have also used the co-ordinating colours of Whisper White and Real Red Cardstock and finished the card off with some Real Red Curly Ribbon and a red Jingle Bell.

If you would like to create this simple card I have listed all the products used at the end of this post.  You can click on any of the products and it will take you to my online shop where you can place an order for any of the products you may like.

I would also love it if you would leave a comment on my page and also to check out all the other wonderful projects created for this hop.

NOVEMBER STAMP CLUB - 2ND PROJECT

This was the second project we created in this month's Stamp Club.

The card should look a little familiar as I loved the sample in the catalogue so much that I just had to case the basics of the card.

Just love this Nature's Beauty Stamp Set which is also available in the Holiday Catalogue.

Stampin'Up! donate $4.25 from every one of these sets sold towards Mental Health Organisations.  A great cause to support and get a beautiful stamp set.

BLOGGING FRIENDS BLOG HOP - NOVEMBER 2019

Welcome to the November 2019 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "Celebrate With Some Christmas Cheer".

My card this month is a Shaker Card and has been created with a couple of stamp sets and uses the Feels Like Frost Specialty DSP as a background.

The deer is from the Nature's Beauty Stamp Set and has been stamped in Soft Suede and whilst the ink is still wet I have used an Aquapainter to lightly spread the colour.

The Christmas Tree is from the Winter Woods Stamp Set and has been stamped with the Silvery Shimmer Ink Pad and die cut with the co-ordinating die.

The Merry Christmas sentiment is from the Snowman Season Stamp Set and has also been stamped with Silvery Shimmer Ink.

I have used both the Ice Stampin' Glitter and Snowflake Sequins in the Shaker and finished off with some of the very pretty shimmery Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon.

There is a full list of the products used to create this project at the end of this post.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today.  Please follow the links below to see what all the other talented Blogging Friends have been creating:
