BLOGGING FRIENDS BLOG HOP - FEBRUARY - SALE-A-BRATION

Welcome to the February 2020 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "Sale-a-Bration".

For this month's Sale-a-Bration theme I chose to use The Gang's All Meer Stamp Set which you can earn for FREE during Sale-a-Bration.

I have had such a busy few weeks and haven't had time to do a lot of creating, so decided to check out all the gorgeous cards on Pinterest.  Cased this card from Barbara Maynard, thank you for your inspiration.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today.  Please follow the links below to see what all the other talented Blogging Friends have been creating:

BLOGGING FRIENDS BLOG HOP - DECEMBER 2019

Welcome to the December 2019 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "New Year New You".

Along with many others I am sure, these last few years seem to have thrown quite a few difficult times at me.  Sometimes you just need to stop and think, take some time for yourself and recharge.

So with this in mind and this month's theme being New Year New You I decided that the Little Ladybug Stamp Set was perfect for my card today.

My card also includes a couple of sneak peeks at some of the new products coming in the new January-June 2020 Mini Catalogue.

So the stamp set is Little Ladybug and is exclusive to hosts only  of workshops with sales of $500 during Sale-a-Bration.  The background paper is also a Sale-a-Bration product - Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper  and lastly there is a little bit of embossing which is created with the new Coastal Weave 3D embossing folder.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today.  Please follow the links below to see what all the other talented Blogging Friends have been creating:

BLOGGING FRIENDS BLOG HOP - NOVEMBER 2019

Welcome to the November 2019 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "Celebrate With Some Christmas Cheer".

My card this month is a Shaker Card and has been created with a couple of stamp sets and uses the Feels Like Frost Specialty DSP as a background.

The deer is from the Nature's Beauty Stamp Set and has been stamped in Soft Suede and whilst the ink is still wet I have used an Aquapainter to lightly spread the colour.

The Christmas Tree is from the Winter Woods Stamp Set and has been stamped with the Silvery Shimmer Ink Pad and die cut with the co-ordinating die.

The Merry Christmas sentiment is from the Snowman Season Stamp Set and has also been stamped with Silvery Shimmer Ink.

I have used both the Ice Stampin' Glitter and Snowflake Sequins in the Shaker and finished off with some of the very pretty shimmery Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon.

There is a full list of the products used to create this project at the end of this post.

BLOGGING FRIENDS OCTOBER 2019 BLOG HOP

Welcome to the October 2019 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "Things That Go Bump In The Night".

Again, I had a little trouble coming up with something for this theme as I don't generally buy Halloween Stamps etc as we here in Australia don't really celebrate Halloween too much.

So, again I had to think outside the box again to come up with a project using current products.

Here is what I ended up creating.

I have used stamps from the following sets to create the background - mountains from Waterfront, the birds from Sailing Home (could pass as bats), the hair of the little gremlin is the top of the palm trees from the Waterfront set.

The trees are from the In The Woods dies.  The gremlin was created with the 1" circle punch.

The background sky has been sponged randomly with Black Memento Ink and Blueberry Bushel Ink and the Brick Wall was created with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder, torn and sponged with Black and Soft Suede Inks.

Hope you have enjoyed my card today and it inspires you to think a little outside the box.

BLOGGING FRIENDS BLOG HOP AUGUST 2019

Welcome to the August 2019 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "Back to School Bash".

I had a really difficult time trying to decide what to create for this theme.  In the end I decided to use the It Starts With Art Stamp Set and create a card for "Going to Art School".

The colours I chose were Black, White, Bermuda Bay as the base.

The stamped images were all coloured in with Blends Markers - Bermuda Bay, Call Me Clover, Shaded Spruce and Soft Sea Foam.

BLOGGING FRIENDS BLOG HOP JULY 2019

Welcome to the July 2019 Blogging Friends Blog Hop.  My name is Tracey and I am from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.   Thank you for joining me here.

The theme this month is "Summer Lovin".

I created this card for a recent card class and thought this card card was perfect for this month's theme.  Summer always makes me think of the seaside.

Absolutely love this new Seaside Notions stamp set.  I couldn't wait to start on this card as soon as I received this set.

There was a lot of stamping, heat embossing, water colouring and fussy cutting involved in creating this card.

It is also another fancy fold card and this is the view of the card after opening the first layer.  This is the scene which is peeking through the oval opening on the front of the card.

And finally the card fully open and below a little closer look at some of the detailed stamping and cutting etc.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today.  Please follow the links below to take a look at what some of the other talented Blogging Friends Stampers have been creating.

KYLIES DEMONSTRATOR TRAINING BLOG HOP MAY 2019

Hi and thank you for joining me in this month's blog hop with Kylie's Demonstrator Training Group for May 2019.

We are a group of Stampin'Up! Demonstrators from all around the world that want to learn more to progress in our business.  Blogging helps us to learn and connect with people, inspiring creativity, which is one of the reasons I love Stampin'Up!.

I would love it if you would leave a comment on my page and also to check out all the other wonderful projects created for this hop.

Here is my card.

Whilst I was away on retreat I had the opportunity to create with the very cute Fable Friends stamp set which will be carrying over into the new catalogue.

For this card I also used some products which will be retiring together with the lovely bunny stamp to create this little Birthday Card.

The base card is Whisper White.  I have added a layer of Gingham Gala DSP and then one of the patterned frames from the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper.  Love both these DSP's and sadly they will both be retiring at the end of May.

I also used the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set and co-ordinating dies to stamp flowers in Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather and the Happy Birthday sentiment.  I am very happy to say that these products are carrying over into the new catalogue.

The bunny has been coloured with Crumb Cake, Daffodil Yellow and Petal Pink Blends Markers.

A bow of Gorgeous Grape Organza ribbon (earned free during Sale-a-Bration) was added to the top of the card and a scattering of pearls (which I have coloured with the Daffodil Yellow Blends).

Thanks for visiting today.  I hope you have enjoyed my card.  Don't forget to visit each of the blogs listed below to get some great creative ideas from these very amazing crafters. You will also find a list of the products I used to create this project further down this post.
