May Stamp Club

This month's projects from Stamp Club.

I decided this month to use a few
of my favourite stamp sets and
colours etc that are being retired at
the end of the month which I
will miss greatly.

Our first card was created using the
technique of inking up the largest
clear block with Lost Lagoon, Pear
Pizzazz and Pacific Point which
was then spritzed with water creating
this lovely watery feel background.
The retiring stamps we used are
By The Tide and The Open Sea.

Our second card was created
with my favourite retiring card stock
Lost Lagoon and the retiring
stamp set Banner Banter and
it's co-ordinating punch.

We also learnt how to create the
grid look background.

The flowers look like they have been
die cut from Lost Lagoon card stock.
They have actually been stamped with
Lost Lagoon ink and then die cut.

BALLOON CELEBRATION BIRTHDAY SHAKER CARD

Sharing a Shaker Card that I created
for a customer using the
Balloon Celebration Stamp Set and
co-ordinating punch.

Apparently, Shaker Cards are quite
trendy again, although I didn't
know that when I was creating this one.

I have used all bright colours as the
card was for one of my customers
young granddaughters.

I also stamped the inside of
the card with balloons and added in
a strip of the DSP which was leftover
from the front of the card.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Yellow, Whisper White
DSP - It's My Party
Ink Pads - Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Yellow, Mint Macaron
Dies - Hello You Thinlits, Mini Treat Bag Thinlits (Bow), (Frame was created from a retired die)
Punches - Balloon Bouquet
Window Sheets, Diamontes, Twine

April Card Class

Sharing the projects we created
in this month's Card Class.

Our first card was a Circle
Easel Card using the gorgeous Timeless
Textures Stamp Set and my very favourite
Flower Shop Stamp Set.

The colours I have used are Rich
Razzleberry and Sahara Sand.

Our second project was a very simple
card using the beautiful Bloomin' Heart
Thinlits Die and a touch of
Glimmer Paper to add some glitz.

Our third project was created with the
Party Wishes stamp set which is now being
retired.  The colours I used for this
one was Whisper White and
Island Indigo.

The cute little cupcakes have been
coloured with markers and punched with
their co-ordinating punch.  I have
also used Clear Wink of Stella to
add some extra sparkle.

ON STAGE

So much has been going on in my life at
the moment that I just can't seem to keep
up.

I am finally getting around to sharing some
of the photos from On Stage and Centre Stage
which was held at the Gold Coast
Convention Centre in April.

My upline Petronela and myself both
were able to attend the Friday night
Centre Stage dinner and training which
was just awesome.  A first for me to
be able to attend.

The gorgeous flowers on our table and our
Centre Stage tags at our table settings.

I forgot to take photos of my meal which
for me was an Entree of Roasted Eggplant and
Swiss Mushroom Risotto with Roma Tomato, Asparagus and Salted Pepita Seeds.  Main course was Roasted Beef Fillet with Colcannon, Asparagus, Braised Pearl Onion and Port Wine Jus

All extremely yummy.

I did remember to
take a picture of my yummy dessert which
was Chocolate Marquise with Caramel Popcorn, Butterscotch and Vanilla Bean Creme Anglaise.

We also each received special gifts of
an extra special bag.

Saturday was a full day of fun where
we were the first to receive the new catalogue.
We got to see lots of exciting new
products and came home with lots of
goodies.

My downline Elizabeth and myself
excited with receiving our new
catalogue.

My downline Marylou receiving her
new catalogue.

APRIL STAMP CLLUB

Time to share our projects from
this month's Stamp Club.

As it has been a very difficult
month with the sudden death of my
father I really needed some
inspiration to get myself motivated to
create this month's projects.

So after quite a bit of Pinterest surfing I
decided to take my inspiration and
combine 2 cards that I found
and really loved on Pinterest.

Firstly, the style was inspired by this card
created by The Serial Stamper.

And the colours inspired by this card
created by Kim Williams.

I did create my card as a standard
size version so that only the usual 1/2
sheet of A4 cardstock was used to
create the base card.

I also decided to stamp my flower using
Bloom For You Stamp which is
perfectly punched out with the
Fun Flower punch.

Our second project was a very simple
black and white card using the
sweet little deer images from the
In The Meadow stamp set.  Something
that you can whip up when you need
 a card in a hurry.

order Male  60th Birthday Golf

turned out.
