Open House / New Catalogue Launch

It has been a busy week getting
prepared for our Open House/New Catalogue
Launch.

Just thought I would share one of the cards
I have created for display
using the new Build a Birthday
Stamp Set and the Cherry on Top DSP.

This is just a little taste of all the lovely
samples we will have to share with you all.

May Card Class

This month's class was all about
using the Envelope Punch Board
in our projects.

To start with we created a simple
envelope to match with our male
themed card.

We also created a mini envelope to add
to the embellishment of our card.

Stamp set is Balloon Bash from the
Occasions Catalogue and
the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder, both
products I am going to miss as they
are retiring.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Mossy Meadow, Early Espresso, Whisper White
DSP - In Colour Paper Stack Mossy Meadow
Inkpads - Mossy Meadow, Early Espresso
Stamp Set - Balloon Bash
Embossing Folder - Alphabet Press
Envelope Punch Board
Early Espresso Baker's Twine

Our second project we created this cute little
Mason Jar notecard, again using the
Envelope Punch Board.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Whisper White, Pink Pirouette
Ink Pads - Pistachio Pudding, Pink Piroutte
Stamp Set - Butterfly Basics
Twine (non SU)
Envelope Punch Board

Our third project was creating this cute
little gift pouch/bag.  Enough room
in this little bag for a little gift for someone
special.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Whisper White, Pink Pirouette, Island Indigo
DSP - Retired DSP
Ink Pads - Island Inidigo
Stamp Sets - Flower Shop, Itty Bitty Banners, Perfect Pennants
Punches - Pansy Punch, Banner Triple
Die - Bitty Banners Framelits

My thanks to my upline Petronela for originally
teaching me to create the Mason Jar card and
the Gift Pouch.

MAY STAMP CLUB

Sharing our projects from this month's
Stamp Club.

Our first card I took my inspiration
from the latest Impressions Magazine
(one of the awesome products Stampin'Up!
provides for all of its demonstrators for
inspiration etc).

As the 2013/2015 In Colours are
about the retire (and I have loved
these colours so much and will be sad
to see them go)  I decided to use
a combination of Crisp Cantaloupe and
Coastal Cabana.

Our second card was created using
the Balloon Bash Stamp Set which
is current in the Occasions Catalogue
however, has not carried over into the
new Annual Catalogue.  I love the
versatility of this set so wanted to use it
one more time before it retires also.  You
will see the sentiment in the first card is
also from this stamp set.  I love the way
you can fussy cut out the banner to make
it a little different.

Special Order Birthday Card

Just sharing with you today one of my
recent cards I created for a special order, the
recipient being a lovely young girl.

Of course I used my favourite Butterfly Basics
stamp set and matching frame lit dies as well
as my favourite colours of Bermuda Bay
and Pear Pizzazz.

I hadn't created a Centre Step Card for quite
some time so decided that this design would
make the card extra special.

2015 STAMPIN"UP! CONVENTION

Had such an exciting and fun time at the
Stampin'Up! Convention.

Can't believe how fast those 3 days have
just flown by.

Have come home (well actually I only live
around the corner from the Gold Coast
Convention Centre - so not far to go) very
inspired and looking forward to being
able to share the new catalogue
with everyone very soon.

And look what I won.

The very last Prize Patrol and I won
the gorgeous new Bohemian DSP and a
fast fuse.  Can't wait to play with this
gorgeous paper.

Thank you Stampin'Up! for a wonderful and inspiring 3 days of fun.
