Happy Birthday Bow Card

How great is this fantastic Bow Builder Punch.  Makes very quick and easy bows.

Today's card is pretty much a case of the card created by Stampin'Up! on page 12 of the new Occasions Catalogue.

As I haven't bought any of the new paper at this stage I decided to create my bows with the Moonlight Paper Stack with all the current in colours available in the current catalogue.

Also to create a little bit of a different look I stamped the confetti image from the Balloon Bash Stamp set all around the edge in Hello Honey Ink.

The Happy Birthday Sentiment is also from the Balloon Bash Stamp Set.  I have just used my marker to color only the Happy Birthday word from the whole image.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Whisper White, Blackberry Bliss
Paper - Moonlight Paper Stack
Ink Pads/Markers - Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss
Stamp Set - Balloon Bash
Punch - Bow Builder

You Make Me Happy

I am always loving flower stamp sets and matching punches and can't help myself I just have to have them.

I just love the bright cheery colours in this card.  Yellow always reminds me of being happy.

I have used the small splotch (flower centre) from the Petal Potpourri Stamp Set to randomly stamp a pretty background on the white cardstock layer.

The Happy die cut is from the Hello You Thinlets Dies which I have also matched up with a saying from the Crazy About You Stamp Set.

I think I am going to get so much use out of these dies and matching stamp set as there are so many different sayings you can create.  Great that you can also purchase as a bundle saving yourself 15%.

The actual flower I have used on this card is from the Petal Potpourri Stamp Set.  The leaves I have created just by punching out a flower from the green cardstock and then trimming a couple of the petals to look like leaves.

Supplies used:

Cardstock - Daffodil Yellow, Whisper White, Basic Black, Garden Green
Ink Pads - Daffodil Yellow, Black Momento
Stamp Sets - Crazy About You, Petal Potpourri
Punch - Flower Medallion Punch
Die - Hello You Thinlets Dies

Miscellaneous - Vintage Facet Button, Black Twine

First card using the Four Feathers Stamp Set.

Second card using the new  Petal Potpourri Stamp Set and the Hello You Thinlets Dies.

We all even had a go using the blendabilities to colour our flower in the Thanks So Much card.
